In a mental health related crisis you can;

  1. Walk-in for services or call CWC at 941-487-4254 to schedule an appointment by selecting “Option 1″ from the Menu, between the hours of 8 AM – 5PM.
  2. You can also contact NCF’s 24/7 Crisis line, (941) 487-4254, and select “Option 2”.

Counseling Services

Counseling services include our clinical counseling services, groups program, and outreach & engagement services.

Victim Advocate

The Victim Advocate is available 24/7 to assist victims of crime, sexual assault, and partner violence. You can reach our Victim Advocate by calling or texting 941-504-8599. For assistance, leave a message with your phone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Student Health Services

The Counseling and Wellness Center provides medical services including a range of primary care, referral, and educational services, for currently enrolled New College students.

Health Education

Health Education offers a range of services to students, including workshops for clubs and student organizations, residence hall programs, large-scale campus programming, and individual support sessions. In addition to campus wide programming that focuses on general health topics, interpersonal violence prevention, alcohol & other drug harm reduction, safer sexual health education, healthy relationships, stress management, mental health awareness topics, bystander intervention, “Party Smart” training and other topics as requested.
